By accessing and using the Cotham Carpentry website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.
Cotham Carpentry provides bespoke carpentry and joinery services including but not limited to: fitted furniture, kitchen installation, door hanging, flooring, renovations, extensions, and project management. All services are subject to availability and a formal quotation process.
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change upon detailed survey or if additional work is requested.
A deposit may be required to secure booking and purchase materials. Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or contract. Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled start date with a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges for materials purchased or work already undertaken.
All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
Cotham Carpentry carries public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for consequential losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Cotham Carpentry and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
